By downloading, installing, or using memotap. ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
memotap. is a free puzzle game. You may use it for entertainment and personal enjoyment. You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
The App, including its design, code, graphics, sounds, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The memotap. name and logo are our trademarks.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage to sync your game progress across devices. This feature requires an active iCloud account and is subject to Apple's terms. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service disruptions.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may modify or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
